Medium Duty Low Pro
Spreaders
The Low Pro 5' (1/2 yard), 6' (3/4 yard) and 7' (1 yard) spreaders
are designed to have many of the popular features of the larger
Insert Hopper Series in a smaller low profile design. The 9" wide
conveyor chain is powered by a 10.5 HP Briggs and Stratton engine
and electric clutch that provides 90lbs. of torque capability.
Hopper sides are sloped at 45 degrees to assure the free flow of
salt and/or sand. In-cab controls make operation easy and the 13"
polyethylene spinner can be adjusted to spread 4 to 30 feet in
width. |

Medium Duty Plus Insert
Hopper Spreaders
Insert Hopper Spreaders-1.8 and 2.0
The 7' (1.8 yard) and 8' (2.0 yard) capacity V-box spreaders for
medium duty, heavy duty, and one ton trucks mount and store as a
single unit. These mechanically operated spreaders are powered by an
electric start 10.5 H.P. gas engine, which drives a 20:1 ratio gear
box by a 41 roller chain. The poly spinner will evenly spread
material from four (4) to thirty (30) feet. With a wide variety of
options, the Insert Hopper Series meets a wide range of
specifications. In-cab controls make operation easy. Stainless steel
hopper also available. |

Heavy Duty MDV Spreader
MDV Spreader
The MDV Spreader expands your choice between the pick-up size
spreader and the large V-box size. This unit is manufactured to
cover the gap between the 15,000 GVW and the 20,000 GVW trucks. The
Meyer MDV can be driven by either truck hydraulics or its own power
source.
