Step 3.	Submit your deposit and accompanying documentation to us naming a primary and secondary contact at your department. Also the hosting of the website must be confirmed and setup.
Step 4	We design a concept webpage and navigational flow chart for your review. This is a critical stage in the design process. We ask you to review the graphics, color scheme and flow chart. Once this is complete and we get your authorization we start designing your website.
Step 5	During the design process and resources needed from your department would be worked out. Do we need to visit your facility to take photographs? What information will you need to send to us and when? These are a few examples of the details which may have to be worked out.
